QC/Technical Support
Stringent quality control is done by our in-house staff with years of experience. We aim to achieve zero-defect production and thus 100% customer satisfaction. Our company always sticks to the tenet of "Quality is our life, credit is our resource, updated technique is our motivity". We have strict quality control system including IQC, QC and QA to ensure the product quality for material source, processing and finished products.

Materials/Components
Materials and components are mainly sourced from Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan area and mainland China.

Procedures/testing Details
All the raw materials are tested according to the production requirements on performance. Those guidelines such as heat durability of materials, product life expectancy and indication of safety concerns are strictly tested and abided by. The production includes injection of plastics, assemblage and packing. Personal inspection of semi-finished merchandise is performed to ensure the standards. Random checks are conducted at all phases, right up to the storage of finished products at warehouse and prior to delivery.
